Schedule: 1st Shift, 12-Hour Swing Shift
Work 5 days one week, 2 days the following week

Responsibilities 

Entry-Level Lab Testing Technician

• Perform final inspections of tensile test specimens
• Conduct tensile testing on steel products and materials
• Review, document, and report test data accurately
• Fabricate thermocouples used in testing processes
• Perform stress rupture testing procedures
• Complete final inspections of tested materials
• Use microscopes and other laboratory testing equipment to inspect samples
• Follow quality standards, testing procedures, and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate records and testing documentation
• Keep laboratory and testing areas organized and operational

Qualifications 

Entry-Level Lab Testing Technician

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to learn laboratory testing procedures and equipment
• Comfortable working with microscopes and precision measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
