Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Associate for a growing company seeking a dependable, safety-conscious individual to join their team. Job Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Pull, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, side loaders, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
• Tag and label materials for proper identification and inventory control.
• Return items to designated inventory locations and restock materials as needed.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to established procedures.
• Conduct spot inventory checks and verify proper material tagging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or other irregularities to management.
• Occasionally operate a yard truck for loading and unloading trailers.
• May occasionally drive a company vehicle for local deliveries and parts pickups.
• Follow all company safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse, material handling, or related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to meet motor vehicle record (MVR) requirements.
• Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain certification on required material-handling and rigging equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math, measurement, and conversion skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.
• Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and overall physical stamina.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in an industrial environment.
