Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an outpatient behavioral health facility in Henderson. This position provides psychiatric care to adolescents and adults, including evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing client care.

Part-time to start, with an opportunity to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists, clinicians, and leadership.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing.
• Current Nevada APRN license with prescriptive authority.
• PMHNP certification required.
• Experience working with adolescents and adults.
• Mental health and/or substance use treatment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
