Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable and hardworking Property Restoration Technician for a local restoration company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn new skills, and takes pride in helping people during difficult situations.

The company helps homeowners restore their properties and get back to normal after unexpected damage, including water, fire, mold, and other property-related issues.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with restoration and cleanup projects involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage

• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials under supervision

• Set up and operate restoration equipment

• Assist with water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation, and other restoration services

• Load, unload, organize, and prepare materials and equipment

• Keep work vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized

• Provide professional and compassionate customer service

• Communicate with customers and team members while working with a sense of urgency

• Assist with warehouse and facility duties as needed

• Clean and maintain tools and equipment

• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts when needed

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:

• Frequently lift up to 75 pounds

• Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, pull, reach, and stoop for extended periods

• Work 8–12+ hour shifts when needed

• Work in various weather conditions

• Perform demolition, cleanup, lifting, and restoration work

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

OR

Friday–Tuesday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call availability may be required based on business needs.
