* $21/hour to start

* M-F 7:30 - 3:30pm or 8am - 4pm

* Duties include: Mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, weed eating, leaf blowing, power washing, snow removal, electrical, plumbing, basic repair to apartments and common areas. 

* Seeking candidates with 1-2 years of carpentry, landscaping and maintenance experience.  Must be able to stay on task and work independently.  Good communication skills are a strong plus.  Must be able to operate hand/power tools plus lawn equipment.
