Express is seeking Janitors for an evening Janitorial position in Reading, PA! Our client is looking for experience and offers a flexible environment. Full time hours! 

 

Facility Maintenance Technician 

 

Pay: $20-$28/hr

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday (7AM-3:30PM)

Location: Reading, PA 

 

Responsibilities of the Facility Maintenance Technician :

• Responsible for cleaning areas around the facility, handle repairs, and following and complete cleaning checklist. 
• Follow work orders and make sure all repairs are being done properly and in a timely fashion
• Ensuring that buildings are complete and locked by the end of each shift

Qualifications of the Facility Maintenance Technician :

• 5+ years experience handling building maintenance
• Experience with commercial cleaning or housekeeping
• Experience with Floor scrubber, stripping, buffing, and waxing floors are a big plus!
