Express Employment Professionals of Naples/Bonita Springs is hiring experienced Masons for a high-end residential builder specializing in multimillion-dollar luxury homes.

 

Pay: Starting at $25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire (temp-to-permanent)

 

Responsibilities:

• Lay concrete blocks, bricks, and other masonry materials
• Build and repair walls, foundations, columns, and other structures
• Mix and apply mortar to properly secure masonry materials
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to meet project specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and construction plans
• Ensure masonry work is level, aligned, and completed accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Previous professional masonry experience is required
• Experience working with concrete blocks, bricks, mortar, and masonry tools
• Ability to take accurate measurements and follow construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Must be dependable and arrive on time
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in the Florida heat
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned job sites
• Must be interested in a long-term opportunity
