Express Employment Professionals of Naples/Bonita Springs is hiring dependable Concrete General Laborers for a high-end residential builder specializing in luxury homes.

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire (temp-to-permanent)

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist concrete crews with general labor and job-site preparation
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Clean and organize work areas
• Assist with concrete pouring, forming, and finishing as directed
• Follow all job-site safety procedures
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and arrive on time
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in the Florida heat
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Previous construction or concrete experience is helpful but not required
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned job sites
• Must be interested in a long-term opportunity
