Company Information: A company in Indianapolis is hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join their team!

The Facilities & Maintenance Manager

• Is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily maintenance and facility operations in a manufacturing and distribution environment
• Works closely with a small maintenance team, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly
• Will stay visible on the floor, support preventative maintenance efforts, coordinate vendors, and partner with production to keep operations running smoothly

Facilities & Maintenance Manager's Requirements

• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong hands-on technical background (mechanical and electrical required)
• Hydraulic experience a plus not not required
• Experience supervising or leading maintenance personnel
• Comfortable working with industrial equipment, tanks, and facilities systems
• Forklift experience or training exposure preferred
• OSHA certification, 5S, and project management experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual a plus but not required

Pay & Benefits
