Job Type: Full-Time (3rd Shift: 6:30pm - 5:00AM)

We are currently hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Gastonia, NC. This position is responsible for assembling components, inspecting finished products, and following basic work instructions and safety procedures.

Job Duties:

• Assemble parts and components according to instructions
• Use basic hand tools and equipment
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company safety and production guidelines

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
