Will Call Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (On-Site)

 

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Will Call Associate to join our team! In this customer-facing role, you'll help customers pick up their orders, provide exceptional service, assist with order inquiries, and support warehouse operations. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with order pickups and provide outstanding service
• Answer customer questions and help resolve order concerns
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
• Use pallet jacks and forklifts to safely move and retrieve orders
• Support customer communications by phone and email
• Help unload deliveries and keep the work area clean and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
• Previous customer service or customer experience background
• Forklift certification (or ability to become certified)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
