Production Line Operator

We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Production Line Operator. In this role, you will help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, filling and packaging products, supporting your teammates, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience who enjoys being part of a team and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help get the job done.

Pay

  • $20.00 per hour

Schedule

  • First Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What will you do as a Production Line Operator?

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform bulk filling and packaging activities according to established procedures
  • Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
  • Support daily production goals and deadlines
  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and general production tasks
  • Coordinate workflow and help keep the production line running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to solve problems and meet production targets
  • Step in and assist in different areas of production as needed

 

What qualifications will you have as a Production Line Operator?

  • Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
