Salary: 23-25/hour

Ozaukee County Commercial Property Owner looking for a Property Manager!

 

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Basic bookkeeping
• Paying bills/depositing rent checks
• Calling repair contractors
• Tenant concerns reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Property Manager Experience
• Accounts Payable/Receivables Experience
• Basic Communication with Vendors thru phone and email

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $23-25/hour DOE
• Shift(s): 1st shift
• Hours: working between the hours of 8-5 Monday - Friday
