Business Development Representative 

Location – Deerfield, IL  | Hybrid | In Office 2 Days Per Week
$55,000–$65,000 Base + Performance-Based Bonuses

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing marketing and business solutions organization to find a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive new business and build lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Research and identify prospective clients and decision-makers
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and identify solutions
• Develop relationships with business owners, executives, and marketing leaders
• Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support client acquisition

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of professional experience preferred
• Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management
• Self-motivated, organized, curious, and relationship-focused
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
