2nd Shift Assembly Associate – Williamston, SC

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly Associates to join our team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for assembling products according to established procedures, inspecting finished products for quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and able to maintain a steady pace in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as required.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report defective or damaged components.
• Accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain consistent production and quality throughout the shift.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Perform additional production and assembly duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have own vehicle
