Warehouse Associate - Forklift

Located in Montclair, CA

Salary: $18 to 18.50

• Position Overview: The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, order preparation, tinting product when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role helps ensure smooth workflow and supports overall Service Center goals.

• Essential Functions:

• Load and unload shipments and deliveries.

• Inspect materials and verify accuracy against packing slips.
• Pick, assemble, and stage customer and replenishment orders.
• Sort and place materials on pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support general warehouse duties.
• Use a computer to complete daily tasks, including email, data entry, and navigating internal systems.
• Requirements:
• 1 year prior warehouse experience
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required to meet daily operational needs.
• Forklift certification; Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, kneel, crouch, and lift/move 50+ lbs
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Basic math, counting skills.
• Ability to read and process order forms.
