Paint Inspection & Packaging Technician-Weekend Shift

Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Shift: Weekend Day Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paint Inspection & Packaging Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting painted parts for quality, accurately counting parts, packaging finished products, and ensuring all production information is correctly entered into the company’s ERP system.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, have strong attention to detail, and be very comfortable using a computer. Candidates with previous quality inspection or team lead experience have often been successful in this role.

Working Team Lead Opportunity:

We are also open to candidates who could perform a split role between Team Lead and Paint Inspection & Packaging Technician. This would be a great opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience who is comfortable remaining hands-on in a production environment while also helping coordinate the team and production activities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English – reading and speaking are required because the ERP system is in English and does not have translation capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Very comfortable using a computer and learning new software systems.
• Ability to accurately count parts and enter information into an ERP system.
• Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or team lead experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also working effectively with a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work the full weekend schedule consistently.

 

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

This is a 12-hour weekend shift, providing an opportunity for candidates who prefer a weekend-focused schedule.
