Express is hiring for MULTIPLE Seasonal Help Desk IT positions for a company in Knoxville, TN. 

 

Help Desk IT responsibilities: 

  • Escalate and hand off unresolved or complex issues to senior technicians as needed
  • Provide accurate, timely information on IT products, services, and known issues
  • Follow up with users to confirm resolution and satisfaction
  • Record events, problems, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Maintain the highest level of guest/customer service at all times
  • Support additional special projects as assigned

Help Desk IT Qualifications: 

 

  • 1 year of experience in a technical support, customer service, or retail role; help desk experience is a plus 
  • Basic proficiency with computers, email, and common office/communication platforms
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or coursework toward it) is a plus, not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in IT or a related field preferred

Help Desk IT Shift: 

  • Seasonal from (OCT - JAN)
  • Training is M-F, 9AM - 5:30.
  • After training, schedule is subject to change. 
  • Must have availability for evenings and weekends throughout peak season. 
  • Comfortable to sit for extended periods of time
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
