In this role, you'll use your welding and fabrication skills to bring metal projects to life, working from blueprints and transforming raw materials into finished products. You'll enjoy a variety of projects, hands-on work, and the opportunity to make a visible impact every day. Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay
- $18-$20/hr.
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials for fabrication
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Operate hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment
- Maintain welding equipment and workstations
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Work with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Experience with MIG welding preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely use welding and fabrication equipment
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
