In this role, you'll use your welding and fabrication skills to bring metal projects to life, working from blueprints and transforming raw materials into finished products. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay

$18-$20/hr.
Weekly paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials for fabrication
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
Operate hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment
Maintain welding equipment and workstations
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Work with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines

Skills and Qualifications

Previous welding experience required
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Experience with MIG welding preferred
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to safely use welding and fabrication equipment
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Location

Candidates must be able to commute to Pepin, WI (this is not a remote role)
Relocation is not available
