We're looking for a Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Pepin, WI! In this role, you'll operate production equipment, keep products moving through the manufacturing process, perform quality checks, and help create high-quality metal components. Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay

  • $16-$18/hr.
  • Weekly paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
  • Perform routine quality inspections and measurements
  • Read work orders and follow production specifications
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read measurements and production documents
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety

Location

  • Candidates must be able to commute to Pepin, WI (this is not a remote role)
