Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a full-time Processing & Rectifying Specialist in Bowling Green, KY for Day Shift – 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00. Interested candidates should have previous rectification or blending experience. The position is Evaluation Hire.

Responsibilities of the Processing & Rectifying Specialist:

• Perform rectifying, blending, proofing, and processing of distilled spirits in accordance with established formulas, specifications, and production schedules.
• Transfer spirits between tanks, totes, barrels, and other approved containers as required.
• Accurately measure and verify proof, volume, temperature, and other product specifications.
• Calculate water and spirit additions necessary to achieve required proof and batch volumes.
• Monitor processing activities to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Follow approved formulas, batch instructions, SOPs, and production procedures.
• Assist with filtration, chill filtration, and other processing activities as applicable.
• Ensure tanks, hoses, pumps, meters, and processing equipment are properly prepared and maintained for production.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies, quality concerns, equipment issues, or unusual product conditions to management.

Requirements of the Processing & Rectifying Specialist:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Previous experience in distilled spirits, beverage alcohol, food/beverage manufacturing, chemical processing, or a similar production environment preferred.
• Experience with spirits proofing, blending, rectification, batching, or bulk alcohol handling is a strong plus.
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
• Ability to accurately perform volume, proof, dilution, and yield calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow formulas, SOPs, production instructions, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently while also effectively communicating with a production team.

Physical Requirements of the Processing & Rectifying Specialist: 

• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle production materials and equipment as required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand/walk for extended periods.
