Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Union, NJ Pay: $18 per hour
A manufacturing and distribution facility in Union, NJ is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and general warehouse duties.
Load and unload trucks and deliveries
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (if certified)
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist with other general warehouse tasks as assigned
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems
Forklift certification a plus
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Team player with good communication skills
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required depending on workload.
