General Laborer - Assembler

Salary: $16-$16.50/hr.

We are seeking several Electronic Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling low-voltage electronic components, circuit boards, and wire harnesses according to customer specifications and work orders.

This is a hands-on production role that requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and comfort performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble low-voltage circuit boards, wire harnesses, cables, and other electronic components
• Read and understand customer work orders, assembly instructions, and product specifications
• Measure, cut, strip, and prepare wires according to work order requirements
• Use basic hand tools to assemble components and complete assigned production tasks
• Visually inspect completed assemblies for defects, incorrect components, or workmanship issues
• Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, electronics, or production experience is preferred but not required
• Willing to submit to drug and background screenings
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work orders and detailed instructions
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing hands-on assembly work
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work with small components, wires, and electronic parts
• Willingness and ability to learn different assembly processes and procedures
