What You'll Do

• Answer phones, emails, and customer questions
• Enter sales orders, estimates, and customer information
• Process payments, credit card transactions, and deposits
• Organize product samples and assist customers with material selections
• Help identify and match brick and stone products from customer photos
• Maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding needs
• Assist with basic website, digital media, and sales support projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, sales support, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning computer systems and order-entry processes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn
• Building materials or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $21+/hr
