Warehouse Associate

Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays: As needed

We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team in Port Charlotte! This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a warehouse clean, safe, and organized and who has excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, neat, organized, and safe at all times.

• Immediately notify the Warehouse Manager of any unsafe conditions.

• Ensure all orders are accurately staged each day for the following day’s production.

• Stage additional orders promptly to meet the needs of the Installation Department.

• Communicate with installers and assist with verifying order accuracy.

• Ensure all scheduled deliveries are accurate and properly loaded onto delivery trucks.

• Receive all inbound materials and ensure they are properly labeled and stored in the correct location.

• Forward receiving paperwork to the appropriate department.

• Complete return forms for all materials returned to the warehouse, properly label returned materials, and provide completed documentation to the appropriate department.

• Monitor inventory levels and notify the Warehouse Manager when stock items are running low.

• Report any significant inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

• Maintain accurate organization and inventory of warehouse materials.

• Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

• Provide relentless follow-up to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Dress Code

Warehouse-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are required.
