Job Details:

• Pay Range - $21.00/HR - $26.00/HR, based on experience.
• Schedule - Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• On-call position with occasional weekend emergency calls.
• Location - Melbourne, FL 32901.
• Full-time temp-to-perm opportunity.

Job Duties:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on apartment interiors and exteriors.
• Complete make-ready units and maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, and painting-related issues.

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Must have professional working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, painting, and make-ready work.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be available for on-call emergencies.
