MARINE OUTFITTER
Responsible for installing, assembling, and finishing various components on marine vessels. Duties may include installing interior and exterior equipment, hardware, fixtures, and other vessel components. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools and working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

MARINE ELECTRICIAN – LOW VOLTAGE
Responsible for installing, connecting, testing, and troubleshooting low-voltage electrical systems aboard marine vessels. Duties may include running wire and cable, installing electrical components, making connections, and ensuring systems are installed according to specifications. Previous marine or electrical experience is preferred.

WELDER - 
Perform welding and fabrication work on marine components and structures. Responsibilities may include reading blueprints or drawings, preparing materials, performing welds, inspecting completed work, and maintaining a safe and clean work area. Welding experience and the ability to produce quality aluminum welds are preferred.

QUALITY CONTROL
Inspect marine products, components, and completed work to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. Responsibilities may include measuring and inspecting parts, identifying defects, documenting findings, and working with production personnel to resolve quality issues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read drawings or specifications are a plus.

JANITORIAL / MAINTENANCE
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Responsibilities may include cleaning work areas, offices, restrooms, and common areas, removing trash, maintaining supplies, and performing basic facility maintenance as needed. Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential.

PAY & BENEFITS
Starting pay: $18.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
