Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Maintenance Associate for a busy facility in Covington, LA. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Move materials to designated areas based on production schedules and customer orders
• Receive, distribute, and accurately record inventory and materials
• Assist with inventory control and inventory management processes
• Compile worksheets and documentation from customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Utilize inventory software and desktop computer systems for tracking and reporting
• Follow written and verbal instructions while working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software
• Strong basic math skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and common-sense decision making
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
