Palletizing Associate

Located in Spencer, IN

Salary: $17.00 / hr

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Palletizing Associate. This position is responsible for inspecting finished architectural stone products for defects, efficiently palletizing completed stones, handling materials, and completing production documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, work well in a fast-paced production environment, and be comfortable performing hands-on physical work.

Job Summary

• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues
• Identify and separate products that do not meet quality standards
• Efficiently and safely palletize finished products
• Perform material handling throughout the production area
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Maintain a steady production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Keep the production and work areas clean, organized, and safe

Experience Required

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience with palletizing or quality inspection is a plus
• Mechanically inclined with an ability to understand basic production processes
• Ability to learn and follow established procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around production equipment
• Ability to identify defects and quality concerns
• Ability to safely lift, move, and palletize cast stone products
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work
• Ability to maintain a consistent production pace

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Spencer, IN

Pay: $17.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
