Wood Mold Maker

Salary: $17.00 / hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Woodshop Mold Assembler. This position is responsible for building and assembling wooden molds used on the production floor to create architectural cast stone components. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with wood, using saws and hand tools, reading blueprints, and taking accurate measurements while maintaining a consistent production pace.

Job Summary

• Assemble wooden molds accurately and efficiently according to specifications
• Build molds used to create architectural cast stone components
• Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
• Use saws, hand tools, and measuring tapes to complete mold assemblies
• Maintain a consistent production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Complete required documentation
• Submit completed molds to the manager for final approval
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Experience Required

• Previous woodworking, carpentry, manufacturing, or construction experience is preferred
• Experience reading blueprints is helpful
• Experience using saws and hand tools is a plus
• Ability to learn and follow detailed specifications and instructions
