General Labor Warehouse Associate – Quincy, WA

We are currently hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for warehouse and general labor positions in Quincy, WA. Both temporary and evaluation-to-hire opportunities are available. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, teamwork, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
• Load and unload materials, products, and/or shipments
• Assist with warehouse cleanup
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided as needed)
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Prepare orders for shipment and distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and daily deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
