Apartment Make-Ready & Maintenance

Responsible for cleaning, preparing, and maintaining 64 residential units to ensure apartments were safe, clean, and ready for new residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare apartment units for new residents and move-ins.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and needed repairs.
• Complete make-ready tasks efficiently and according to property standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine upkeep throughout the property.
• Ensure all 64 units are maintained in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
