Job overview:

• Provide daily leadership and direction to Inventory Control associates and Material Handlers, coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet operational goals
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and corrective actions, while training, coaching, and mentoring team members on procedures and safety standards
• Monitor compliance with inventory and quality standards, troubleshoot discrepancies, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
