Part-Time Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with building and property maintenance. 

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair duties

• Troubleshoot and repair A/C issues

• Respond to occasional emergency maintenance calls, including A/C failures or water/flooding issues

• Load and transport equipment using a personal vehicle

• Maintain equipment and work areas

• Complete other maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements

• A/C certification required

• Reliable personal vehicle required

• Ability to safely load and transport equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills

• Dependable and able to work independently

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Monday–Thursday:
  8:00 AM–12:00 PM OR 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
• Friday:
  8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work may be required for emergency maintenance calls, but this is not frequent.

Pay

• $22.00 per hour
