Bilingual Assembly Worker – Golf Cart Assembly

Schedule: 9:00AM-6:00AM 

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Bilingual Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team. Employees will be responsible for assembling golf carts and related components according to company specifications, safety standards, and production requirements.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, have good attention to detail, and be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assemble golf carts and components using hand and power tools.
• Install seats, wheels, batteries, electrical components, frames, and other parts.
• Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and proper assembly.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely.
• Identify damaged, missing, or defective parts and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers in both English and Spanish as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to ___ pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing/assembly environment. Employees may be required to work around moving equipment, tools, and production machinery while following all required safety procedures.
