Duties:

• Operated heat-set web presses and related printing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, adjusted, and monitored press equipment to maintain production standards and print quality.
• Performed routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspected finished products throughout production runs to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
• Followed job specifications, production schedules, and work orders to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Identified and resolved production issues in collaboration with team members and maintenance personnel.
• Maintained a clean, organized, and safe pressroom in accordance with company policies and OSHA safety standards.
• Followed established safety procedures when operating machinery, handling materials, and performing pressroom tasks.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
