Production Associate Job Description:

• Operate injection molding equipment safely and effectively
• Perform finishing tasks with basic hand tools as assigned
• Count and package parts to ensure accuracy and preservation of product
• Report and record defects and communicate with Floor Supervisor
• Read, understand, and adhere to instructions and safety policies
• Ensure cleanliness of work area

Experience Required:

• Longevity at previous employers 
• Detail oriented
• A team player
• Must have reliable transportation
