Property Maintenance Technician

Salary: $20-22.00

A local Property Management Company in Jackson County is in need a FT, long-term Property Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in general repair and property maintenance. FT hours, Monday - Friday, and some on call as needed. Pay $20-22/hr depending on experience.

 

Duties include: 

• Respond and perform maintenance or repairs in units, appliance, heating & air, and general carpentry as needed. 
• Occasional yard work of mowing, raking, and planting
• Morning trash pick up around the property

 

Requirements: 

• Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in property maintenance and repair
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle 
• Plumbing, electrical, hvac/refrigeration experience would be beneficia
