Warehouse Operations Lead

Location: Hot Springs, AR
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Operations Lead for a local company in Hot Springs, AR!

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, taking initiative, and working in both a warehouse and customer-facing environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead by example.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Shipping and receiving
• Quality control and inventory management
• Organizing deliveries and maintaining the warehouse
• General facility upkeep in the warehouse and store
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Making customer deliveries around town
• Driving between company-owned business locations
• Operating a box truck and flatbed truck
• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
• Assisting customers and interacting professionally with coworkers
• Supporting warehouse, store, and off-site operations as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous warehouse and shipping/receiving experience
• Have experience with quality control and inventory
• Be able to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Be comfortable driving small trucks, including box trucks and flatbeds
• Take direction well and be receptive to feedback
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Be able to multitask between warehouse, store, and off-site locations
• Have strong attention to detail
• Interact professionally and respectfully with coworkers and customers
• Be a self-starter who can identify tasks that need to be completed without waiting to be told
• Be attentive and responsive to the needs of customers and tile installers

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Bending and stretching
• Frequent walking and movement
• Lifting up to 80 lbs. when needed (not constantly)
• Working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Working in a climate-controlled store environment
