Shift: M-F - 6am-4:30pm

Pay: $17.00/hr

Summary:
The Roll Former Operator is responsible for setting up and operating roll forming machinery to convert metal coil into corrugated panels. This position involves using measuring instruments, adjusting machine settings, changing rollers, stacking finished panels, and preparing orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust roll forming equipment to produce quality metal panels.

• Perform setups to ensure proper configuration and length of product.

• Use tools such as wrenches, measuring tapes, and gauges.

• Stack, bundle, and move materials using carts and overhead cranes.

• Conduct light maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Completion of Helper 1 training and progress toward Operator A level.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs 

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, industrial environment.

Physical Demands:
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and handling materials. Must be able to maintain balance and perform tasks with moderate to high physical exertion.
