Packing Associate (Spanish Speaking Preferred)

A client is seeking hardworking and reliable Packing Associates to join their production team. This position supports the packing and processing of eggs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production facility and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Schedule & Pay

Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Schedule: Operation runs 7 days per week
Associates typically work 6 days per week

Responsibilities

Pack and inspect egg products for quality and accuracy
Sort, label, and prepare products for shipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow food safety, quality, and company procedures
Work as part of a team in a production environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packing experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift, carry, and move product as needed
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
