Plumber

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on new construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities may include reading plans, measuring and cutting pipes, installing fixtures, connecting water and drain lines, troubleshooting issues, and following applicable plumbing codes.

Electrician

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within buildings. Responsibilities may include running conduit and wire, installing panels, outlets, lighting, switches, and fixtures; reading blueprints; troubleshooting electrical issues; and following electrical and jobsite safety standards.

Carpenter

Perform general carpentry work on construction and remodeling projects. Responsibilities may include framing, installing doors, trimming, cabinets, drywall backing, siding, decking, and other wood or finish materials; measuring and cutting materials accurately; and using hand and power tools safely.

Construction Laborer

Support skilled trades and the construction crew with general jobsite work. Responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, moving supplies, digging, basic demolition, assisting carpenters/electricians/plumbers as directed, using basic hand tools, and keeping the work area safe and organized.

Construction Cleanup / Debris Removal Laborer

Maintain clean, safe, and orderly construction sites throughout the project. Responsibilities include collecting and removing construction debris, sweeping and organizing work areas, removing packaging and discarded materials, keeping walkways clear, and assisting with final jobsite cleanup.

General Requirements for All Positions:

• Reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned job sites
• Ability to work outdoors and lift/carry materials as needed
• PPE and safety-minded work habits required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a crew
• Construction or trade experience preferred; trade credentials/licensure required where applicable
