Process Technician Job Summary:
A local die-casting company is looking for an experienced Process Technician for their team.
 
Process Technician Requirements:
  • Document die-casting machine process parameters
  • Assist in the machine process parameters at initial set-up
  • Monitor and record key casting parameters per the predetermined schedule
  • Make or recommend process adjustments to improve Quality or Productivity
  • Inspect parts to verify the quality of the parts being produced by the process using visual, fluoroscopes and taking measurements
  • Assist with Manufacturing Audits

Schedule: 2nd shift, 3PM – 1:20AM; Monday-Thursday + overtime on Fridays as required

Pay: $22-32/HR, based on experience 

 

Process Technician Qualifications:

    • High pressure die casting or plastic injection mold experience strongly preferred
    • 2 years’ experience as a Process Technician preferred
    • Must have forklift and overhead crane license/experience from previous employer
    • Ability to learn and take direction
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Displays excellent attendance in past positions
