Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales Representatives
• Properly assist in product specification and quoting
• Responsible for accurate order clarification, finish and pricing confirmation, fabric reservation, commission allocation and reconciliation, and ensuring proper communications in regards to order status, acknowledgements, and Proforma invoices
• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours
• Focus on customer relations
• Manage orders from specification to delivery
• Assist customers and reps via phone and email with all product requests
• Facilitate communications between offices
• Work together as part of a team to address all inquiries
• Provide back-up to team as required
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns

Skills & Experience

• Data entry / order processing experience
• Strong computer / Outlook skills
• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service / sales
• Furniture experience
