New Client Implementation Specialist

Located in Lufkin, TX

Salary: $18.00hr

• Manage the internal setup and transition of new clients into systems, coordinating with NCI Coordinator, internal departments, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
• Complete and coordinate required system, vendor, and client configurations, including company setup, data imports, user access and permissions, locations, product mapping, integrations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate third-party vendor setup and requirements, including SambaSafety, AssureHire, eScreen, Clearinghouse, GPS, fuel providers, and other applicable services.
• Monitor implementation progress, follow up with internal teams and vendors on outstanding items, and ensure all required setup, mapping, and system configurations are completed.
• Maintain accurate and timely implementation documentation, status updates, and notes in Creatio, Jirah, and other applicable systems.
• Provide hands-on implementation support as needed to meet established client deadlines, including entering driver qualification file information, completing licensing and permitting applications, processing client data, and assisting with other service-related tasks necessary to ensure commitments are met.
• Provide status updates and implementation information to the New Client Implementation Coordinator for billing and finalization.
• Proactively communicate implementation issues, delays, or concerns that could impact committed deadlines to the New Client Implementation Coordinator or supervisor, allowing sufficient time for appropriate action and resolution.
• Serve as backup to the New Client Implementation Coordinator, assisting with internal and client implementation calls, responding to implementation-related questions, and providing support throughout the onboarding process as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
