Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Patient Registration Specialist for a growing medical provider in the Morgantown, WV area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity with daytime clinic hours and pay of up to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Patient Registration Specialist Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions

Schedule patient appointments and coordinate patient information

Complete patient registration and data entry

Assist with insurance authorizations and insurance documentation

Maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Handle filing, scanning, paperwork, and other administrative duties
-
Provide professional and friendly customer service to patients

Support the medical office with general clerical and administrative tasks
Pay & Schedule

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time

Hours: Monday–Friday, daytime clinic hours

Requirements

Previous medical office or healthcare administrative experience

Experience with patient registration and scheduling preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
