Schedule/Shift: D Shift – 6:45 PM–7:00 AM, Wednesday–Friday and alternating Saturdays
Employment Type: Full-Time
 
Summary:
Our client located in McHenry, IL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, inspect molded components, and support production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure efficient production and quality output
  • Perform visual inspections of molded parts and identify defects such as flash, short shots, or discoloration
  • Remove finished products, trim excess material, and package parts according to specifications
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
  • Ability to work overnight shifts in a manufacturing environment
