Schedule/Shift: C Shift – 6:45 PM-7:00 AM, Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Saturdays
Employment Type: Full-Time
 
Summary:
Our client located in McHenry, IL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, inspect finished products for quality, and support a safe and efficient production environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Inspect molded parts for defects, color consistency, and overall quality standards.
  • Perform routine documentation of production and quality checks accurately and timely.
  • Identify, separate, and report nonconforming products or machine issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with material handling and packaging as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.
  • Previous manufacturing or plastic injection molding experience preferred; ability to work overnight shifts required.
