Job Title: MMO II - Furnace Operator

Pay Rate: $19.50+/hour
Schedule/Shift: 3rd Shift, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
 
Summary:
The MMO II Furnace Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring industrial heat treat furnaces to ensure materials are processed according to quality standards and customer specifications. This role supports production operations through accurate documentation, equipment monitoring, material handling, and adherence to safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor industrial heat treat furnaces according to production schedules and process requirements.
  • Set up and verify furnace parameters to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Utilize computer systems to enter production data and maintain accurate process records.
  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the production area.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
