Pay: $21 - $25 per hour (DOE) – Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, performing data entry, and assisting with stock checks and creating quotes for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment and a strong proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and support
  • Accurately input and maintain data
  • Check stock levels and create quotes for customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in MS Excel (required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
